    Dear BPW Colleagues,

barb The best thing about the Fall is the fresh air. I sometimes imagine that when I breathe in I am cleansing my lungs. The crisp freshness is just so inviting, almost addictive. Breathe in the cool breath deep into your lungs; actually stretch the lungs with your large deep breath. Isn't it amazing? Deep breathing is a form of clearing out many things, deep emotional, pain in muscles, cob webs in your brain etc.

Take advantage of the refreshing air in the next couple months, appreciate the nature and the changes right in front of your eyes! Fresh apples, and pumpkins, beautiful colors of leaves, and maybe even a hayride or corn maze. Fall is a time to renew and prepare. It is a time for slowing down and contemplating the creativity in each one of us.

Fall is also a good time to look at your business, image new goals, and figure out what kind of changes you would like to see by next spring. Fall is a time of harvesting and planning for the next season, cover the plants, rake up the rubbish from the Fall and let your mind go crazy with inspiration.

At BPW we want to support you in your growth. We want to share with our visitors that we are a diverse and dynamic group of women. We welcome women who want to grow their businesses, their relationships and their networking skills.

Please join us every month for our meetings. Fun, food and fellowship!

Sincerely,
Barb Tremlett
BPW of Nashua President 2010-2011

    Notes from the Secretary

The Greater Nashua BPW Board met on August 26, 2010. The following topics were discussed:

  • Barb reminded the Board that her company offers a 'free' Synergistic Membership to all members of BPW. As State President, Kimberlie needs to sign the agreement for so all members can participate. Barb is to provide form for Kim to sign.

Why BPW?.

"Because, I meet new women that I may not have ever had the chance to meet; and then I see them at other events. I don't look for business at BPW, although the business that comes from it is nice, but instead a time to meet other professional women and form a relationship with them. Some have become very close friends of mine. Some I have been able to use as a resource for me personally or in my profession. Most of the people I have become close to have been as a result of me being on a committee and on the Board. This is where you can really see people shine and form a more intimate relationship with them. The meetings allow me the opportunity to meet someone new, listen to an informative speaker and have a terrific lunch with a group of incredible women."
